We maintain to protect your privacy by ensuring all private information provided by you is treated as confidential and will not be used for any other purpose other than intended. Your personal information will only be used by us to provide you with the information or services that you have requested and to keep you updated with relevant information. However, to service your inquiry it may be necessary for us to disclose your details to another Coldwell Banker affiliate more able to attend to your request. Apart from this, your personal details such as your name, email address or any other contact details will not be passed onto any other party.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING & LETTING
General
- The number of guests in a property is not to exceed the number of guests confirmed at time of booking.
- Functions are not permitted on the property without prior permission in writing.
- Rooms are serviced complimentary every 3 days. Additional cleaning will incur a service charge.
- Harbourlights Private Apartments are a non smoking however your right to smoke outdoors is respected and your decision not to smoke inside is appreciated.
Check In / Check Out
- Check in 2.00pm / Check out 10.00am (unless prior arrangements confirmed).
- At least 1 week prior to arrival date please notify us of your flight number and arrival time in Cairns and your method of transport so that we can arrange a time to meet and greet you at the property. Transfers can be arranged.
Phone Charges
Local calls are complimentary. STD and ISD calls require a phone card.
Payments
- A deposit of one nights accommodation is required to secure your booking.
- Full payment required 14 days prior to arrival and will be charged to the credit card supplied for deposit unless prior notice to do otherwise.
- Payments are paid into our fully audited trust account.
- Payments accepted by; Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard or direct transfer to our trust account.
- Merchant fees: 1.95% Visa, Bankcard and MasterCard.
Cancellations
- A refund will be given where notice is given in writing 90 days prior to arrival date. Your deposit will be refunded in full less a $100 administration fee and a merchant fee if paid with a credit card.
- Where notice is given less than 90 days, the deposit will be forfeited and no refund given.
- Cancellations after 14 days prior to the arrival date are non refundable.
- Refunds are only made back into the credit card supplied for the deposit.
- Travel insurance for your booking is recommended to cover cancellation possibility.
Breakages
We appreciate that the property will be returned in the condition as presented on arrival. Any breakage not caused by normal wear and tear will be charged to your credit card if necessary. It is not our intention to charge for accidental broken crockery and glassware.
Liability
- No responsibility is taken for personal items left on the property during or after departure.
- Harbourlights Private Apartments does not accept liability for any injury, damage, loss, additional expenses and disruptions caused directly or indirectly by events, which are beyond our control. We do not accept liability for error omissions, default or negligence represented on our website.
- Harbourlights Private Apartments does not accept liability for changes made due to refurbishing, renovation and alteration of the property. We endeavour to keep our website updated at all times.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- With telephone or postal bookings the description of the property given by the Agent is given and made in good faith and no responsibility can be accepted for any misunderstanding of any description.
